Riece Keck is an accomplished founder and leader with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Founder of MindHire, Riece's focus is on connecting elite technical talent with high-performing teams across various industries including SaaS, fintech, and AI. Riece also founded and hosts the Seed to Exit Podcast, featuring interviews with prominent startup founders and venture capitalists. Previously, Riece was the Founder and CEO of Vault Recruiting, which specialized in embedded recruiting before merging with Avra Talent. Riece has held advisory roles with companies such as Modern Recruiting and Zip, and has significant experience at Robert Half, where Riece achieved exceptional performance in executive recruiting. Riece's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, with additional training in AI and machine learning from MIT Professional Education.
