Codarity builds systematic marketing infrastructure for established B2B event businesses ready to scale beyond word-of-mouth.

We exclusively serve successful event companies generating £1M+ annually—corporate training providers, conference organisers, professional development programmes, and business gathering specialists whose primary revenue comes from hosting their own events.

Our clients are already good at what they do. Strong reputations, solid referral networks, proven event products. But they recognize that relying entirely on word-of-mouth caps growth and leaves revenue unpredictable. They want systematic, scalable client acquisition that complements their existing referral engine.

Why we're different: Founder Dan Charles scaled events from 60-capacity gatherings to 3,000+ attendee productions over nearly a decade in the industry. He understands event business dynamics from the inside—because he's lived them.

The Evergreen Event Profit System (EEPS) is our proprietary methodology building year-round marketing infrastructure for B2B event companies. We address long sales cycles (4-6 month lag), complex corporate decision-making (34.8 average touchpoints), and high lifetime value clients generating 3-10x their initial booking.

Our services: Performance advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO and content marketing, marketing automation and AI integration, GoHighLevel CRM with attribution tracking, and lead nurturing optimised for corporate buyers.

We balance technical precision with creative understanding—automation that enhances your team's work without replacing the human relationships driving event success.

If you're an established B2B event business ready to build predictable acquisition channels alongside your referral network, we're your growth partner.
