Samuel B.

Samuel B. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Samuel is currently working as a Senior CPU Design Engineer at Codasip since April 2022. Prior to this, Samuel worked at Qualcomm from 2019 to 2022, where they held various positions. Samuel started as a Senior Digital Design Engineer (Security), where they played a key role in implementing a hardware root-of-trust subsystem for Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Samuel then transitioned to the role of Staff Digital Design Engineer (Security), where they led the design of a large security subsystem for premium tier SoCs and mentored junior staff members.

Before joining Qualcomm, Samuel worked as a Research Student at Loughborough University from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they conducted research on heterogeneous computing and developed a custom fault-injection framework for automating the application of temporal and spatial hardening in FPGAs.
