Václav Hála

Václav Hála's work experience includes:

- Software Engineer at Codasip since November 2021.

- Software Engineer at Mycroft Mind from July 2017 to October 2021, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining components of a Smart Grid Data Collection and Management System. Václav focused on network protocols, orchestration, and storage. Václav also implemented modular extensions based on customer needs. From November 2016 to July 2017, they worked as a Junior Software Engineer at the same company, where they worked on various components and developed a simulation environment for testing integration adapters.

- Junior Software Engineer at Mycroft Mind from June 2015 to November 2016.

- Teaching Assistant at Masaryk University Brno in 2016 and 2015, where they participated in teaching the course PV260 - Software Quality, supervised seminar groups, and prepared seminar material.

- Junior Software Engineer at K-net Technical International Group, s.r.o. from July 2014 to April 2015, where they developed an internal-use tool for aggregating static code analysis results and wrote custom code analyzer rules.

Václav Hála earned their Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from Masaryk University Brno in 2016. Václav then went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field at the same university, completing it in 2018.
