Zdeněk Přikryl

Zdeněk Přikryl is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Codasip. Zdeněk has previously worked as the Simulation & Hardware Director at ApS Brno, Codasip division from January 2009 to December 2014. In this role, they were responsible for leading an experienced team that worked on processor and platform simulators as well as high-level synthesis (HLS). Additionally, they were responsible for innovating the methodology of processor design using an architecture description language and improving the architecture description language. Zdeněk has also designed processors ranging from small MCUs, RISC processors, and DSPs to complex VLIW processors.

From January 2007 to December 2014, Přikryl also worked as a researcher at Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Information Technology. And from January 2007 to December 2009, they worked as a software engineer at Red Hat.

Zdeněk Přikryl received their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Technology from Brno University of Technology.
