Antoine Azar

Antoine Azar is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and startup innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Brex since April 2021, Antoine also holds positions as a Product Advisory Board Member at Codat and a Board Member/Treasurer at Fondation de Polytechnique, overseeing a $50 million budget. Antoine's entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding and leading Thirdshelf (now Fiska) as CTO, focusing on customer engagement and loyalty for SMB retailers. Additional roles include Special Advisor at Logient during its acquisition of Mobilogie, where Antoine was instrumental in strategic technology integration, and Founder & CEO of Mobilogie, developing mobile solutions for a diverse client base. Antoine has contributed to national scientific projects as a member of the NSERC Expert Panel and is actively involved in the Fondation des artistes. Antoine's educational background includes a certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School, a Master’s in Biomedical/Computer Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
