Damian Brychcy

Damian Brychcy currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Capital on Tap, a position held since September 2014, where the focus is on building a tech-first SMB credit card and payments platform that has supported over 200,000 small and medium-sized businesses across the US and UK. Previously, Damian held roles as Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Colossus from August 2020 to August 2021, where Damian co-founded a podcast media business that achieved profitability in its first year. Earlier in the career, Damian worked as an attorney in the Construction Law group at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, and held positions as a Project Assistant at New South Construction and a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology. Damian holds a JD in Law from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
