John Hicks

John Hicks is the current head of QA at Codat. John has previously held the position of head of support at Codat and was a customer technical support engineer prior to that. John has also worked as a supervisor at Greene King and as a client communications, productivity, and events specialist at Credit Suisse. John has developed strong Excel and VBA skills through their work in automation of communications tasks and has also developed a SharePoint site which provides product guides, self-help articles, and other content in a consolidated and user-friendly manner.

John Hicks has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Southampton. John also has a FESM Foundation Year from the University of Southampton. John is certified from APMG-International in ITIL Continual Service Improvement and AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation.
