Ruth Callaghan

Ruth Callaghan, Assoc CIPD, serves as a People Partner at Codat since April 2021, previously holding the position of People Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Ruth worked as an Operations Manager at Crush London from January 2019 to April 2021 and briefly as a Studio Assistant at Represent Recruitment Limited from August 2018 to January 2019. Ruth's career began at Radley Yeldar, where the role of Human Resources Assistant was held from April 2016 to July 2018. Ruth holds a Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management as part of CIPD qualifications.
