Zak Forbes is the Global Talent Lead at Codat. Prior to Codat, Zak was the Talent Manager at Zava from February 2019 to August 2020. At Zava, Zak led the Talent team and was responsible for hiring across all functions in the UK & Germany.

During their time at Zava, Zak made significant progress in reducing time to hire, increasing tech diversity, and improving candidate experience.

Zak has extensive experience in hiring for roles within Tech, Product & UX, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, Clinical and commercial.

Zava is an online doctor service that is one of the largest digital healthcare players in Europe. Since 2011, they have provided almost 4 million paid consultations to patients across Germany, France, UK and Ireland. Their mission is to break down barriers to health and provide accessible, dependable healthcare to even more patients.

Zak Forbes has a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Nottingham Trent University and 3 Alevels in Theirtory, Politics and English Literature from King Solomon High School.

Their manager is Tom Denny, Head of People. They work with Leila Green - Talent Lead, Ralph Marinello - Talent Acquisition Manager, and Jake Frankovits - Talent Acquisition Specialist.
