Rodrigo Roa

Rodrigo Roa is the Executive Director at Data Observatory, where they lead initiatives that enhance the strategic use of large-scale data in science and innovation in Latin America. With over 20 years of experience in institutional management and organizational development, Rodrigo has held key roles such as GERENTE general at Quilahue Limitada and Director for the Data Observatory Foundation. Currently, they also serve on the CODATA Executive Committee, mentor at KnowHub Chile, and are an AntiBias Ambassador at TheodoraIA. Rodrigo's academic background includes a Diplomado en Gerencia Pública from Universidad de Chile, and they are pursuing a law degree at Universidad del Desarrollo.
