Dineth R. is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with experience in founding and scaling companies in various sectors. As a Co-Founder of a Stealth AI Startup since July 2025, Dineth R. has played a pivotal role in innovation. Previously, Dineth R. founded and served as CEO of Codax from July 2024 to August 2025, focusing on connecting growth-stage startups with top-tier Fractional CMOs across multiple regions, including Australia and North America. Dineth R. also co-founded and led Digital Novelty, a creative growth agency, and contributed as a member of the Board of Advisors for Deloitte and Digital Novelty. Dineth R. has analytical experience as a Financial Analyst at CAL and as an SRT Analyst at Deloitte, complemented by an education from Bayes Business School and Royal College Colombo.
