Michael Nussbaum

Michael Nussbaum is the current Manager of Product Management at Codazen. Prior to this, they were the Director of Project Management & Digital Strategy at TE Web Solutions from March 2019 to August 2019. There, they orchestrated 15+ international website migrations, over 20,000 pages, in 6 months with a team of 7. Michael also managed project task workflow and client communication for a large enterprise migration. In addition, they implemented Agile / Scrum methodologies with daily stand ups, retrospectives, and sprint prioritizations.

Before that, Nussbaum was the Director of Digital Experience at Qube 6 from September 2015 to August 2017. There, they proposed, drove, and implemented internal process initiatives increasing team utilization.

Nussbaum has also held the position of Senior Manager, Global Web Operations | CMS Product Owner at Experian from October 2009 to November 2014. In this role, they established Agile and Scrum like project management to team of 10 with client engagement guidelines. Michael also guided team of Account Managers, Designers, Developers, Web Engineers and QA Analysts leveraging business requirements created with clients, setting strategic business direction, context & priorities.
