Geraldo Sousa Ribeiro

Geraldo Sousa Ribeiro is an experienced Back-End Developer currently working at Coddera since July 2021, focusing on development within the Genesys environment, including creating and modifying Architect flows and actions for Web Services. Prior to this role, Geraldo held positions as a Systems Analyst for both Coddera and Information Systems Internacional, where responsibilities included user management in the Genesys platform, troubleshooting integrations with AWS and Cisco, and modifying URA flows and routing strategies.
