Harika Inal

Harika Inal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Harika currently works as the Chief Financial Officer at Code and Theory, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Global VP of Finance at Xaxis from 2015 to 2021. In this role, they supported C-level executives and managed financial teams for multiple brands.

Prior to Xaxis, Harika worked as an Accounting Operations Manager at Geller & Company in 2015, where they managed various financial functions such as accounts payable and cash flow.

Harika also held the position of Director of Finance at Pace Gallery from 2013 to 2015, where they led the finance organization and oversaw financial planning, accounting, and consolidations of international entities.

Earlier in their career, Harika worked at Waste Management from 2007 to 2013, where they held roles such as Controller and Financial Analyst/Accountant. In these roles, they managed financial analysis, month-end close, and supported senior management in strategic planning.

Harika'scareer began at Peoples First Community Bank in 2003, where they started as a Financial Analyst and was promoted to Finance Team Leader. During their time there, they managed financial analysis, reporting, and accounts payable functions.

Harika Inal pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance at the University of West Florida between 1999 and 2002. Harika then obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance from the Florida State University - College of Business from 2004 to 2006. Finally, they returned to the University of West Florida in 2009 to pursue another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, this time in Accounting, which they completed in 2010.
