Laurence Adrian

Laurence Adrian has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Laurence is currently working at Code and Theory, where they have served as the Senior Director of Design Transformation since 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Experience Strategy from 2020 to 2023, and the Associate Director of Experience Strategy from 2016 to 2020.

Before joining Code and Theory, Laurence worked at Dom & Tom as the UX Design Lead from 2015 to 2016, where they served as the product lead and managed front-end enterprise teams. Laurence also worked as a Senior UX Designer from 2014 to 2015, leading UX projects for multiple clients and conducting research and user testing.

Laurence also has experience at Digital Marauders, where they worked as a Designer, UX Strategist, and Front-End Web Developer from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they worked directly with clients, provided creative direction and strategy, and developed custom web-based applications.

Laurence started their career at TH Experiential, where they held various roles from 2008 to 2011, including Art Director, Manager of Program Design, Assistant Project Manager, and Intern. Laurence worked on designing events and non-traditional promotions, administering internal networks, and assisting in producing award-winning campaigns.

In addition to these roles, Laurence has also worked as a Freelance Designer and Web Developer since 2008.

Laurence Adrian received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and Graphic Design from Lehigh University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Laurence obtained their Certified ScrumMaster® certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2015.
