Lucy Ye

Lucy Ye has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Lucy started their career as an intern at Delnor Community Hospital, where they worked on infection control/quality initiatives and participated in the Partnering Outside Our Walls Initiative. Lucy then joined MedSpan as a Senior Associate, where they gained experience in market research and project management in the healthcare sector. At Shapiro+Raj, Lucy served as a Senior Manager, focusing on health and wellness. Currently, they are working at Code and Theory as an Associate Director of User Research, leading user research for digital product and branding engagements, managing a team, and contributing to new business pitches.

Lucy Ye attended Smith College from 2007 to 2011 where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and Government.
