Rashad Crew is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in client finance and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Client Finance Coordinator and previously as a Delivery Operations Coordinator at Code and Theory since March 2021. Rashad also has experience as a Digital Consultant at Cairn Insights in June 2020 and worked at Café Select as an Experience Designer from August 2008 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Rashad contributed to Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation as a Program Leader, designing athletic curriculum and outdoor activities for grades 1-5. Rashad holds a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Studies from Columbia University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
