Xuefeng D. is a self-directed bioanalytical scientist with a focus on viral vector characterization and assay method development. They have over 12 years of experience in developing AAV and parvovirus vector systems for gene therapy, utilizing a range of techniques including cell-based potency assays, 2D ddPCR, and ELISA. Xuefeng held positions as a Senior Scientist at SwanBio Therapeutics and Code Biotherapeutics, and previously served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Kansas Medical Center. They earned a Ph.D. in Virology from Central China Normal University and have contributed significantly to the field through method development and research collaborations.
