Surbhi Jain

Surbhi Jain is a human-centered and service designer with over 10 years of cross-disciplinary experience in product design, focusing on user-centric solutions. Having worked in various roles such as Product Designer at Venus Industries and Ravissant Pvt Ltd, they have notably enhanced customer engagement through innovative design strategies. Surbhi co-founded BORIYA BASTA, where they emphasized user-centered designs in handcrafted products, and currently serves as Head Design Teacher at Code Camp, imparting knowledge of human-centered design to students. Surbhi is pursuing a Master’s degree in Design at Swinburne University of Technology, building on their Bachelor's in Accessory Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, India.
