David Burkhart

David Burkhart is a seasoned fire protection engineer with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Burkhart served as a Principal at CCI from April 1997 until retirement, previously contributing as a Fire Protection Engineer at Carter & Burgess and Reed, Wells, Benson and Company. Earlier roles included serving as a Member and Secretary for the Texas Commission on Fire Protection and as a Fire Protection Engineer with the Fort Worth Fire Department. Burkhart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland.
