Nikki Thompson

Nikki Thompson is a dedicated professional with a decade of experience in People Development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at CCI. They lead strategic initiatives aimed at empowering employees through transformative learning opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Previously, Nikki held various roles, including Outreach Specialist at the Mental Health Centers of Central Illinois and Child Welfare Specialist at the Missouri Department of Child and Family Services. They are also actively involved in the Association for Talent Development, where they serve as President Elect. Nikki is pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Development from the University of Illinois Springfield and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
