Terry Schultz

Terry Schultz, PE, is the President of Code Consultants, Inc. (CCI), a position held since 1996, where innovative fire protection and life safety code consultation services are provided. As a member of YPO since 2014, Terry Schultz has engaged in transformative experiences that have enhanced leadership skills through collaboration with diverse leaders. Terry Schultz has contributed to multiple NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Technical Committees, including former principal membership on committees focused on Health Care, Board and Care, and Detention and Correction Occupancies, as well as serving as an alternate member on the committee for Mercantile and Business Occupancies. Terry Schultz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Protection Engineering from the University of Maryland.
