Melissa Klunder

Melissa Klunder has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in talent acquisition and client service. Melissa is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Director at code d'azur, a global digital brand and experience company. Prior to this, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at the same company. Before joining code d'azur, Melissa worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Mediabrands, where they collaborated with global media and marketing agencies. Melissa also has experience as a Creative Talent Acquisition Partner, Client Service Director, and Creative Talent Agent at Chunk Creative Agency, where they were responsible for the vertical Chunk Locals. Additionally, Melissa worked as a Client Service Director and Creative Talent Agent at JBCHoldings, where they developed European customer relationships. Melissa has also founded and owned their own company, bee | work without worry. Earlier in their career, Melissa held positions such as Client Service Director and Lead Creative Talent Agent at A Q U E N T, and as a Resource Specialist at Michael Bailey Associates. Melissa began their career as a Traffic Production Manager at AKTU Publishing and as a Secretary at Michael Page.

Melissa Klunder completed their HAVO degree at Vituscollege from 1993 to 1998. Melissa then pursued a Secretary of Director HBO degree at Schoevers from 1998 to 2000. Melissa is currently studying at ArtEZ University of the Arts, specializing in Fine Art, Product Design, Graphic Design, Art and Data Technology, and Fashion Design. Additionally, they hold a brown belt in Wing Tjun from IWKA Kung Fu School Amsterdam.
