Bessy Alcerro

Bessy Alcerro has work experience as a Project Coordinator at CODE Éxitos since February 2021. In this role, they are responsible for managing projects, overseeing tasks and deadlines, and ensuring successful project delivery. Bessy also serves as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and maintaining team motivation. Prior to their current role, Bessy worked as a Customer Service Representative at PartnerHero from September 2020 to January 2021.

Bessy Alcerro holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs at the same university, from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Bessy has obtained various certifications. Notably, they have certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Agile Transformation and Scaled Agile, Project Management Fundamentals, and Agile Scrum Fundamentals. Bessy also holds a certificate in Digital Competencies for Professionals from Google Activate. Furthermore, Bessy has received an EF SET English Certificate with a proficiency level of C2 (Proficient) from the EF Standard English Test in February 2021.
