Andrew Lui

Andrew Lui, Ph.D., is an experienced professional specializing in partnerships and business development, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Code for Canada since May 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Senior Associate at Matrix Meridian Corporation from 2016 to August 2022, and held several advisory and fellow positions within the Parliament of Canada and the Canada-China Institute for Business & Development between 2015 and 2021. Andrew's academic experience includes lecturing at the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs and McMaster University, where Andrew was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science. Andrew holds a Ph.D. in International Politics from Aberystwyth University, a Master of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts and Science (Honours) from McMaster University.
