Laura Chang is a seasoned professional in innovation and outreach, currently serving as the Director of Innovation + Outreach and previously as the Director of Strategic Partnerships + Outreach at Code for Canada since August 2019. Laura took on the role of Interim Chief of Staff in 2021, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Prior experience includes strategic roles at Canopy Labs, where Laura was the Strategic Initiatives Lead and a Consultant in Strategy, as well as serving as VP Customer Success and Head of Customer Success at TRAFFIKGroup. Laura began a career in account management with roles at MacLaren McCann. Academically, Laura holds a B.A. in Political Studies from Queen's University, an Ontario Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College, and participated in a First-Year Abroad Program at Bader College.
