Nick Scott

Nick Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, consulting, and education. Currently serving as CEO and Principal Consultant at ShiftFlow Innovation and Design, as well as an Associate at Think Digital, Nick has been actively involved in various roles, including a Board Member at Code for Canada and a Fellow at States of Change. Previously, Nick held leadership positions in government and academia, notably as Director of Innovation Services at the Canada School of Public Service, Executive Director of Open Government and Innovation for the Government of New Brunswick, and Lecturer at multiple universities. Academically, Nick holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Acadia University, alongside qualifications in Management Development and Honours in Sociology and Native Studies from St. Thomas University.
