Mitali Dhar

Mitali Dhar is currently an advisor at Code For Fun. They have also worked as the Senior Director of People Operations at Google and as a product manager at Yodlee. In 2001, they co-founded Disco Dialogues. Mitali's experience in HR and leadership has helped them become an expert in people strategy. They have used their knowledge to help improve performance management, leadership development, and compensation programs at various companies.

Mitali Dhar has a MBA from Harvard Business School and BS degrees in Management Science and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
