Founder at Code for Nepal

Ravi K. serves as the Team Leader for the Data Use and Literacy Program within the Development Data Group at The World Bank since August 2012, holding multiple leadership roles including Data Scientist, Acting Head of External Affairs, and Digital Strategy Lead. Since February 2014, Ravi K. has been the Founder of Code for Nepal, contributing to digital innovation in the region. Previously, Ravi K. was a Penn Kemble Fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy and a co-founder of the Grassroot Movement in Nepal. Additionally, Ravi K. served as a Digital Media Visiting Lecturer and Speaker at Buena Vista University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data and Investigative Journalism from Columbia University, an MBA in Analytics and Innovation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Political Science from Buena Vista University, among other studies in international relations and philanthropy at Georgetown University.
