Jori Blatter

Jori Blatter is the Founder of Code Guardian, established in May 2023, where the focus is on enhancing secure software development practices for businesses. Previously, Jori held various management roles at Vektis from August 2023 to June 2025, including Manager IT, Development and Security a.i., and Manager IT & Security a.i. Additionally, Jori served as Manager IT & Security and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at BTC Direct and BLOX from August 2021 to July 2023. Earlier in the career at ChipSoft from July 2017 to July 2021, Jori worked as Manager Security & R&D Technical Project Management and Security Consultant, with a key role in selling EHR solutions. Jori's career began at TTS Technology To Serve from July 2015 to June 2017 as a Security Officer and Compliance Advisor. Jori holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Healthcare Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2011 and 2015.
