Thanos Tagaris

Thanos Tagaris is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Netcompany-Intrasoft since March 2023 and has been a Lecturer at Athens Tech College since February 2019, teaching various post-graduate courses, including Data Mining & Machine Learning. Thanos also serves as a Machine Learning/Data Science Instructor at Code.Hub, contributing to numerous training programs in collaboration with notable organizations. Previous roles include Senior Machine Learning Engineer at DeepLab, Algorithm Engineer at Taboola, Postdoctoral Research Fellow focusing on Deep Neural Networks for time series forecasting, and Research Associate at the National Technical University of Athens. Thanos holds a PhD in Deep Learning from the National Technical University of Athens and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Patras. Research interests encompass Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Computer Vision, and Medical Image Analysis.
