Mike Rodrigues

Mike Rodrigues serves as the Vice President of Franchise Development at Code Ninjas since July 2024, and previously held the same position at Franperform from June 2023 to July 2024. Rodrigues was also the Director of Company Operations at Code Ninjas from October 2018 to April 2023, overseeing the operations and growth of company-owned locations across the US, Canada, and the UK. Prior roles include National Vice President for Freedom Equity Group - Freedom Builder from July 2013 to October 2018, and Co-Owner & General Manager at Data Stream Plus from January 2008 to January 2013, managing daily operations at the retail level. Earlier in the career, Rodrigues was a Team Leader at Whole Foods Market from April 2007 to January 2012, focusing on overall performance and team leadership. Mike Rodrigues holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Johnson & Wales University, completed in 2009.
