Christian Salza is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various sectors, primarily in IT security, e-commerce, and consumer goods. Currently serving as the Interim CEO of Wire since February 2023, Christian has transformed the company by fostering a performance-driven culture and reshaping its leadership team. As a co-founder and Partner at Code, a leading Shopify agency in Europe, Christian has worked with esteemed brands such as Bosch and Heineken. Previous roles include Managing Director for Global Expansion and M&A at Berlin Brands Group, CEO of URBANARA, and Chief Merchandising Officer at Home24. Christian's career also includes significant stints at Colgate-Palmolive and Olympus Europe. Additionally, Christian is an active member and officer of the YPO Berlin Chapter and has pursued advanced education at prestigious institutions, including Stanford University and New York University.
