Kavim Shroff has four years of work experience. Kavim began their career in 2016 as a Technology Transfer Officer at Code On Technologies. Later that same year, they became a Licensing Officer at Vectis IP. In 2019, they transitioned to Aliante - Sharing the Value of IT Infrastructure as a Business Development & Strategy Analyst. Currently, they are working at Steinwurf as a Business Development & Strategy.

Kavim Shroff attended Haberdashers' Aske's Boys' School from 1997 to 2004. Kavim then attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2008 to 2012, earning a BSc in Economics. Kavim then attended BPP University from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a GDL. Kavim returned to BPP University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a BPTC.
