Chad McGowan has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Computer Science Teacher at Ashland Public Schools since 1999, where curriculum development includes web design, animation, and video production. In addition to teaching, Chad has been a CS Facilitator for Code.org since May 2015, training middle and high school educators in contemporary computer science curricula. Chad is the owner of CnS Education and has previously worked as an Educational Technology Consultant at Touchstone Community School and as an Extern at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems. Chad holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instructional Technology from Framingham State University, a STEM Certificate from the Partnership for a Skilled Workforce, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from McDaniel College.
