Jared Fritz

Jared Fritz is an accomplished professional focused on expanding access to education and strategic partnerships, particularly in the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence. Currently serving in Development & Partnerships at Code.org, Jared has previously held leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships at CodePath, where tripled program impact, and Secretary of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Champaign. Additional experience includes contributions to OpenAI as a Red Teamer, supporting safety assessments of language models, and serving on the Board of Directors at Orpheum Children's Science Museum, enhancing STEM education access. Jared's entrepreneurial efforts include founding Discover CU and co-founding Bench Chatter, complemented by a degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
