Karol Gajos

Karol Gajos is the CEO of Code & Pepper, where they are currently responsible for shaping the strategic vision and overseeing the growth of the company. With 19 years of experience in the FinTech and HealthTech sectors, Karol previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Advisor to the Management Board at Pentacomp Systemy Informatyczne S.A. They also held various roles at Pentacomp, including Public Sector Director, where they managed national projects related to customs, excise, and health for the Public Administration of Poland. Karol's educational background includes an MBA from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego and a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Wojskowa Akademia Techniczna w Warszawie.
