James Bell

James Bell is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership, technology, and innovation. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Google since September 2019, James focuses on leveraging machine learning to enhance the company's financial performance. Prior to Google, James co-founded Purple Gator and held the position of CTO, where the development of scalable real-time entertainment systems for hospitality and gaming was a primary focus. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Engineer at TextBandz, Options Trader at WH Trading, and Maintenance Analyst in the United States Air Force. James's educational background encompasses a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and two degrees in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
