Alejo Leivi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alejo is currently the Head of Engineering Operations at Code Power, a fast-growing Nearshore Software Outsourcing company. Prior to this, they worked as an Agile Coach at Code Power.

Alejo is also a Co-founder of Mentai, where they are involved in developing a project that aims to reduce diagnosis and treatment time for patients with mood disorders through machine learning and data analysis.

Alejo has held the position of Head of Operations at ISL and worked as a Final Thesis Advisor at UTN Buenos Aires.

In the past, Alejo has worked as a Project Manager at GreencodeSoftware, Entrepreneur in Residence at Quasar Builders, Leader Consultant, Senior Consultant, Semi Sr. Consultant, and Intern- QA & Consultant at Hexacta.

Alejo started their career as a Math Teacher at S&G and worked in customer service at DIRECTV.

Alejo Leivi completed their education as follows:

From 2015 to 2016, Alejo obtained a Master's degree in Business and Technology from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.

From 2004 to 2012, Alejo studied at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering.

Additionally, from 2004 to 2010, they pursued a degree in Systems Analysis at the same institution.

In 2000 and 2001, Alejo enrolled in Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, but did not complete their degree in Marketing.

Along with their formal education, Alejo has obtained several certifications. In April 2013, they became a Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance. Later on, in May 2020, they completed a course in the Methodology of the Healthy Company through UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya). As of December 2020, Alejo participated in the Start Up is Real program for entrepreneurs organized by the Israeli Embassy in Argentina. In the same month, they served as a jury member in the 3rd edition of the 100K Latam ITBA MIT competition, which was held in collaboration between MIT and ITBA. Finally, in September 2021, Alejo received a Google Project Management Certificate through Coursera.
