Jovana Stanković

Jovana Stanković has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies.

Jovana currently holds the position of Head of Business Operations at Code Power, where they have been since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Code Power from May 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Code Power, Jovana worked at Optic Power starting in May 2020. Their roles at Optic Power included being the Director of Operations from May 2020 to August 2021 and the Acquisition and Operations Director from October 2019 to May 2020. Optic Power focuses on helping tech companies grow their businesses by building and selling their products.

In addition to their positions at Code Power and Optic Power, they were also a Founding Member at Operations Collective from March 2021 to present.

Jovana's previous experiences include working as the Director of Operations at OneRep.io, a company acquired by Optic Power, from May 2019 to December 2019. Jovana also worked at Reflektive as the EMEA Account Executive from August 2019 to November 2019 and as a Business Development Representative from April 2019 to July 2019. Reflektive is a leading People Management Platform that empowers companies to maximize employee performance and engagement.

Before entering the tech industry, Jovana worked at Erasmus Student Network AISBL as an Internal Consultant from July 2017 to July 2018. Jovana also served as the CBO - Chief Business Officer at Erasmus Student Network AISBL from July 2015 to July 2017, where they were responsible for strategic decision-making, budgeting, partnership management, and project implementation. During their tenure, they achieved significant budget and partnership income increases and successfully implemented various projects.

In 2013, Jovana co-founded ESN BelUPgrade and served as its President from May 2013 to December 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Junior expert for processes and internal control at Vip mobile d.o.o. from May 2013 to November 2013.

Jovana Stanković has a diverse education history. In 2018, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Belgrade. During the same year, they also participated in the LEADER project for Entrepreneurs and Managers at the Ivey Business School at Western University. In 2013, they attended PWC's Academy and studied Project Management. From 2012 to 2013, Jovana attended the Belgrade Open School and pursued studies in the Department for advanced undergraduate studies - Studies of the future. In 2012, they also attended the International Institute for Political and Economic Studies (IIPES) at Georgetown University. Before that, from 2010 to 2012, they completed basic and intermediate debating courses at the World Debating Institute. Jovana's education journey began in 2008 when they enrolled in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Belgrade and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics, specializing in Finance, Banking, and Insurance.
