Prior to their current position, Ryan worked as an Independent Researcher and Software Developer starting in June 2020. Ryan specialized in reverse engineering multiple video games to develop modifications such as aimbots and player radars. Ryan'swork in this area gained popularity on the game hacking forum UnKnoWnCheaTs. Ryan also reverse engineered the Windows kernel to create bypasses for anticheats like BattlEye, EasyAntiCheat, and Vanguard, and developed exploits to gain access to anti-cheat protected games.
Ryan McCrystal attended Seabury Hall from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science with a field of study in Computer Software Engineering. Following that, they enrolled at UC San Diego and is expected to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
