Chris Chism has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Chris has held positions such as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Code Red Safety since 2023 and Vice President at Northern Gulf Services from 2022 to 2023. Prior to these roles, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Jetstream of Houston from 2017 to 2022, leading a national team and implementing a CRM system to increase account awareness. Chris also worked as the Director of Business Development at TF Warren Group in 2016 and as the Director of Process Improvement at Sprint Industrial Holdings, LLC from 2015 to 2016, where they implemented improvement initiatives focusing on operational excellence and lean practices. Before that, they were the Director of Estimating at Ref-Chem, L.P. in 2014, leading a team through changes during an economic downturn. Chris had a long tenure at Tyco, where they held various roles including Global Process Improvement Leader, Manager of Proposals & Estimating, Operations & Global Product Manager, and Sales Services Support. In these roles, they played a key role in developing and implementing process management tools, managing proposal and estimating efforts, and overseeing project management and fabrication activities. Chris started their career as a Summer Intern at Tyco in 2003, pioneering processes and procedures in the Proposals and Estimating department.
Chris Chism's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Clear Lake High School and completed General Studies with Honors from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Chris also holds additional certifications. Chris obtained the Foundational Selling Concepts certification from the Sandler Sales Institute in September 2022 and the Incident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis certification from Hethmon Associates LLC in April 2015.
