Mark Armstrong

Mark Armstrong serves as the CEO and Director of Code Software since October 2013, leading a team focused on analytics, reporting, billing, and voice recording within the Unified Communications sector. In addition to their role at Code Software LLC since May 2017 as President, Mark has a strong background in management and sales from previous positions such as Managing Director at MIND CTI and Sales Manager at CTI Data Solutions. Mark's career commenced with a role in New Business Sales at Touchbase, and a solid educational foundation was established with a BA Hons in Business Information Systems from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2000.
