Anna Brady is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and programme management. Currently serving as the Access to Cash Programme Manager at Cash Access UK since June 2022, Anna also works as a Project Management Consultant for Code-Switch Consultants. Previous roles include Programme Office Manager, Project Manager, Programme Coordinator, and Project Officer at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman from September 2015 to June 2022. Anna holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Research and a BSc in Speech and Language Therapy from The University of Manchester, as well as A Levels in English, French, and Spanish from Carmel Sixth Form College.

Code-Switch is a term used in linguistics to describe the phenomenon in which speakers of more than one language switch between languages within the same conversation. At Code-Switch Consultants, PhD and postdoctoral researchers code-switch between the languages of research and business within the context of a consultancy assignment. As skilled academic researchers, Code-Switch Consultants develop innovative evidence-based solutions to specific real-world problems and communicate these in the client’s language.
