Code-Switch Consultants
Code-Switch is a term used in linguistics to describe the phenomenon in which speakers of more than one language switch between languages within the same conversation. At Code-Switch Consultants, PhD and postdoctoral researchers code-switch between the languages of research and business within the context of a consultancy assignment. As skilled academic researchers, Code-Switch Consultants develop innovative evidence-based solutions to specific real-world problems and communicate these in the client’s language. Our Research Consultancy Programme aims to substantially boost the career prospects of PhD researchers both within and outside academia by developing crucial skills for academic leadership, collaborative working, transitioning from academia to the industry, or code-switching between research and business at will.
