Code the Spectrum provides technical training for neurodivergent people of various ages and connects them with IT employment opportunities. Its mission is to build IT education and career pathways for neurodivergent people. 

The board members of Code the Spectrum include professors of Computer Science at higher education institutions, behavioral health program directors, K-12 coding educators, employers in IT industry, and parents of individuals on the spectrum.
