Yasser Jilani

Yasser Jilani has a wealth of experience in the IT field. Yasser began their career in 1999 as a Manager of Global IT Systems for Deutsche Telekom. In 2000, they moved to United Commercial Bank as a Manager of Professional Services. In 2002, they joined BT as a Manager of IT Strategy and Innovation. In 2004, they were hired by Ultratech, Inc. as a Manager of Enterprise Applications. During their time there, they led the design and implementation team for a semiconductor manufacturing test automation platform that generated $2B in revenue and reduced production time by 25%. Yasser then moved to Veeco in 2006 as a Senior Manager of Global IT Operations. In this role, they supervised globally distributed IT teams and managed OpEx and CapEx IT budgets for 17 global locations. Finally, in 2018, they co-founded Code With Us, where they managed multiple cross-functional global teams to grow revenue from $15K to $6M in three years. Yasser was also responsible for building strategies to increase revenue and expand Code With Us services to more K-12 schools in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Yasser Jilani completed a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University. Yasser then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from California State University - East Bay in 2016. Yasser also completed a Certificate Program in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
