Ruth Agbaji has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. In 2007, they started off as an intern at SystemSpecs. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at Tufts University, providing support for computer science courses. Ruth then joined Cablevision in 2012 as a Java Programmer, where they designed, built, and tested web-based and standalone Java applications. In 2013, they became a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft, working with various technologies and developing features for multiple products. In 2015, they joined Kronos as a Software Engineer II, implementing REST API, migrating databases, and developing UI features. Ruth then founded The Grad Spark in 2016 and served as the CEO and Founder until 2020. In 2017, they became the Founder and CEO of Code Wiz Franchise.
Ruth Agbaji attended Ahmadu Bello University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Ruth later pursued further education at Tufts University from 2010 to 2011, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science.
