Brandy Pasela

Brandy Pasela has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the retail and business development sectors. In their current role, they serve as the Director of Growth at Code3, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Director, Business Development at Code3 from August 2021 to November 2022 and Business Development Manager from April 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Code3, Brandy worked at InterDesign, Inc. as a Product Manager from October 2019 to April 2020 and as a Global Sourcing Manager from February 2019 to October 2019. Brandy also gained experience at Things Remembered, where they held the role of Product Development Manager from June 2018 to February 2019 and Assistant Buyer from February 2017 to June 2018.

Brandy's earlier work experience includes a role at Chico's FAS, Inc., where they served as a Style Expert (Sales Associate/Personal Stylist) from September 2013 to February 2017. Additionally, they completed a Merchandising Planning and Buying Internship at JCPenney in June and July 2015.

Through their extensive work experience, Brandy Pasela has developed a strong background in business development, product management, global sourcing, and retail.

Brandy Pasela attended Kent State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising. Prior to their university education, Brandy completed their high school education at Midpark High School, graduating with an Honors Diploma.
